my eyes first & then the eyeliner if the day calls for it:)

thin short stokes with this helps & if you use liquid eyeliner brush the
applicator on the insisde of the bottle you may just have too much if u
use the liquid on the applicator.

hope this helps ya some i know the pains & beauty of having long eyelashes
& know ur aggrivation all to well the lighter the hand stroke when applying
the better.. i never recomend liquid on the bottom it will always run a bit
no matter what..:)

front of a mirror & hold the pencil in one hand. Then place the other hand
underneath ur eye & apply the liner at the bottom. Its really easy but if
you have a shaking hand. kneel forward on the counter & place ur elbow on
the counter. It will give you support.

while you are doing this, start to apply your eyeliner in small strokes
(back and forth) begining in the inside until you cover the desired area.

repeat the same technique to the other eye.

sorry i couldn't find any pics but i hope this works! :)

What i usually do is put the eyeliner on the inside of my

eyelid. Like, where your eyelashes are not on the VERY inside. If you're

shadow, I find it is easier to apply this way than with a regular pencil.

recommend using a waterproof or long wearing liner that will help with it
no smudging or running.. Bobbi Brown Long Wearing Gel Liner is the best
for that!

Well when I wear eyeliner I usually always put black on the top

in a really thin line, and then for the bottom thought I don't put black

Eyeliner doesn't look good on the bottom. The eye should not

be completely lined. So forget the top and look better.
